OTR Sleuthing

Chalk up another point for the little, unsung OTR researcher. Fearless Old-Time Radio Researcher Jim Jones has discovered the voice of Phyl Coe was performed by actress Peggy Allenby. The esteemed Jack French, author of Private Eyelashes which featured a section on the Phyl Coe mystery show, was quite generous in his praise of Jim's grunt work. It's certainly a minor discovery in the grand scheme of things, but it's such discoveries over the years that allow younger listeners to have a greater appreciation of the shows to which we're listening.
